Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and work to restore and optimize their speech abilities. You will design and execute individualized rehab plans, collaborating with a care team to deliver high-quality therapy across diverse settings.

You will train patients and caregivers, adapt to each person's needs, and contribute to a dynamic program emphasizing mobility, independence, and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC.
• Licensed or credentialed as required in state.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and address speech disorders.
• Design and deliver rehab plans with patients.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure effective therapy.
• Adapt to different settings and patient needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Partner with peers and refer when appropriate.
