Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive rehab services across our care settings. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing and executing individualized therapy plans to help patients regain independence and function.

You will collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes for patients across skilled nursing, outpatient, and home-based environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field accepted by ASHA.
• Licensed or credentialed as required in practice state.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Address communication, swallowing, and related disorders.
• Collaborate with care teams and educate patients and caregivers.
