Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similar title accepted by ASHA.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology rehab services to patients and design treatment plans.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional communication.
• Document progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain clinical standards.
