Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and improve quality of life across home, school, and clinical settings. You will design and deliver customized rehab plans, track progress, and collaborate with families and care teams to restore and enhance communication abilities.

You’ll work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with ongoing mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities to relocate across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or closely related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rehab plans for speech, language and swallowing disorders.
• Execute plans with patients to improve communication能力.
• Collaborate with patients, families and care teams for holistic care.
• Adapt therapy across home, school and clinic settings.
• Provide training to patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Participate in meetings and document progress.
