Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities. You will design and execute individualized therapy plans, coordinate with care teams, and educate families to promote independence across diverse rehab settings.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure or credentials are required, with opportunities to mentor new grads and access ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field as recognized by ASHA.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitation services as a Speech Language Pathologist following individual plans of care.
• Design, implement and monitor therapy programs to improve speech, language, swallowing and communication.
• Collaborate with patients, families and care teams to promote independence and optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and coaching to patients and caregivers on skills to support communication.
• Adapt therapy delivery to various settings and support smooth care transitions.
