Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities across diverse care settings. You will design and deliver individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

This role supports new grads through mentorship, offers continuing education through Medbridge, and provides comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and visa/relocation assistance for eligible candidates

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the ASHA
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits; design and deliver rehab plans.
• Collaborate with patients and families to promote independence and functional communication.
• Maintain and update patient records and progress notes; coordinate with the care team.

Education
