Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities. You will design and deliver individualized rehab plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or related field, ASHA-approved.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate speech/communication disorders.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient rehab services.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings.
