Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities across diverse care settings. You will design and execute individualized treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective, patient-centered care.

You will also educate patients and families, participate in a mentorship program for new grads, and have access to continuing education (CEUs) through Medbridge, with potential visa

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication, swallowing, and related functions.
• Design and implement individualized rehab plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive outcomes.
• Work across settings to deliver consistent, high-quality speech-language pathology services.
• Educate patients and families to empower home practice and ongoing improvement.
