Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and regain voice and function across diverse care settings. You will design and deliver individualized rehab plans, measure progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will educate patients and caregivers, maintain documentation, and adapt to a fast-paced environment across nursing facilities, clinics, and home-based care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly titled area per ASHA.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design the plan and deliver rehab services to restore or improve speech, swallowing, and communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of therapy.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional communication.
