Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays under the IFSP. The role focuses on speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing, in natural environment settings.

The position requires Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist with CCC or CFY supervision available. Experience in early childhood or pediatrics is preferred, and a valid Texas driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas with CCC or CFY (MHMR can supervise CFY).
• Experience in early childhood or pediatrics preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing disorder service to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families as identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). You will ensure that all (0-3) children are served timely and appropriately and in keeping with their procedural safeguards, rights and needs. This position fully embraces the mission and 7 key principles for providing early intervention services in the natural environment.

Defined Education: Speech and Language Pathology

Preferences: Experience in early childhood or pediatrics

Required License(s)
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas - CCC or CFY (MHMR can supervise CFY)
Valid Texas Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
Must provide license and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate.
