Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs per orders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Assist nursing staff with Restorative Aide training.
• Communicate with physicians and team about progress and discharge plans.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
• Provide in-services and ensure compliant documentation.
