• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs as needed (determined by final caseload and assignment structure).

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• California licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with varying needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district requirements
