Job summary

The Dobbs Ferry School District is seeking a temporary (leave replacement) Speech and Language Pathologist, effective approximately October 29, 2026, for up to 12 weeks. The successful candidate will support students with disabilities, conduct assessments, and develop individualized programs with data-based monitoring; PROMPT certification is preferred but not required.

NYSED Certification K-12 Speech and Language Disabilities is required. PROMPT certification is preferred.

Job Description

The Dobbs Ferry School District has anticipated vacancy for a temporary (leave replacement) Speech and Language Pathologist, effective approximately October 29, 2026 and for up to 12 weeks. The successful candidate has experience providing services for students with disabilities; assessments; development of individualized programs and data-based monitoring; PROMPT certification preferred, but not required.

Terms of employment are in accordance with the Dobbs Ferry United Teachers (DFUT) bargaining association.
