Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Westminster, MD for the 2026–2027 year. The role focuses on articulation and language, with opportunities to work with students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs.

You will collaborate with educators and special education staff while receiving district-wide support. A strong focus on IEPs, assessment, and progress documentation is expected.

Qualifications

• Maryland SLP license/certification required.
• Experience with K–5 populations preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in grades K–5.
• Manage caseload of approximately 40–45 students.
• Support articulation and language delays and AAC needs.
• Provide services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP development/meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
• Work with another SLP at the building level.

Job description

We’re seeking a passionateSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Westminster, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a primarily articulation- and language-focused caseload with opportunities to work with students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs. You’ll collaborate with educators and special education professionals while receiving strong support from the district.

Caseload & Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K–5
• Manage an anticipated caseload of approximately 40–45 students
• Primarily support students with articulation and language delays
• Provide services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP development and meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers
• Support students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Work collaboratively with another SLP at the building level

Requirements:

• Maryland SLP License
