Job summary

Douglas ESD is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for Jackson Early Intervention / Early Childhood Special Education in Medford, Oregon. The role is 190 days, five days a week, eight hours daily, beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid SLP license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology prior to the first day of employment, OR a TSPC license with an endorsement for communication disorders or speech impairment.

Responsibilities

Douglas ESD is accepting applications for a Speech Language Pathologist for our Jackson Early Intervention /Early Childhood Special Education department. 190 days, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day to begin in the 2026-27 school year. SALARY: $63,333 - $89,195 per year dependent upon relevant verifiable experience (Equivalent to $333.33- $469.45 per day or $41.67 - $58.68 per hour)
