Job summary

PT Solutions, a national rehabilitation provider, seeks a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Destin, Florida. You will deliver evidence-based care, establish treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and nurses to facilitate return home or next care.

Qualifications include ASHA CCC, state licensure, and BLS; Clinical Fellows are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of aCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-$110,000/year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
