Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Riverview, FL is hiring a full-time Clinic Manager to lead an inpatient rehabilitation/acute care clinic and oversee clinical operations, billing, and staff performance. Eligible disciplines include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
• Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board
• To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
• Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
• Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
• Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Compensation

Pay Range: $92,000-$115,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
