Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our acute care team in Crestview, FL. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based care to facilitate patient discharge or progression to the next level of care.

Qualifications include ASHA CCC-SLP, state licensure, BLS, and eligibility for Clinical Fellows. Weekend and holiday coverage required; competitive pay with supportive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of aCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA CCC-SLP).
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc.).

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements:

2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Your Responsibilities As An Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist

Compensation

Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
