Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Tampa, FL is hiring Speech Language Pathologists to join our inpatient rehabilitation and acute care teams. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and strive to help patients return home or to the next level of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of aCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Education

Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA

State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology

Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $50 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
