Job summary

Qualifications

• This position is open to CCC-SLP only.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required from ASHA.
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return to prior level of functioning and community reintegration.
• Establish timely, patient-specific treatment plans.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, clinicians, and team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and treating dysphagia, speech-language disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders. Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000-100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)


• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
