Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Anderson, IN is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians, case management, and nursing staff to support patient transitions home or to next level of care.

Qualified candidates will have CCC-SLP, state licensure, and a CAA-approved program; Clinical fellows are welcome and BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Clinical fellows are welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (i.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $36.00 – $44.00 per hour.
