This PRN role offers weekend shifts and major/minor holiday coverage, with opportunities for growth and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to evidence-based rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of aCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP).
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Education

Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology

CCC-SLP (ASHA)

Graduate of aCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program

Basic Life Support certification

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday
