• CCC-SLP credential from ASHA or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow.
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• BLS certification; willingness to work in inpatient rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to facilitate return home or next care level.
• Establish timely, patient-specific treatment plans.
• Engage patients and families, building strong team relationships.
• Collaborate with physicians, case management and nursing staff across the hospital.

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation Speech Language Pathologist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $50/hr. (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
