Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join our acute care team in Columbus, IN. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, establish timely treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case management to facilitate patient recovery and discharge.

Qualified candidates hold CCC or ASHA credentials, state licensure, and are committed to growth. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. Pay ranges $46.00–$56.00 per hour, with weekend shifts and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of aCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Compensation

Pay Range: $46.00 - $56.00/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
