Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Establish a plan of care with patient/family based on functional, measurable goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across all age groups within department scope.
• Reassess progress and modify goals/treatment as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families and caregivers at appropriate developmental/educational levels.
• Document and code accurately; ensure compliance with policies and reimbursement requirements.
• Contribute to department initiatives and adhere to organizational competencies.
