Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. The role requires CCS SLP certification eligibility and NJ license eligibility, with strong dysphagia management skills preferred.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, planning care with measurable goals, and documenting activity per policy.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in speech-language pathology is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders across settings (inpatient and outpatient).
• Prepare evaluations with patient history, tests and measurements per policy.
• Develop a plan of care with functional, measurable goals.
• Deliver therapy across all ages with a systematic approach.
• Document data accurately and manage billing data.
• Adhere to policies and participate in department initiatives.
