Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient/outpatient settings. The role involves coordination, documentation, and collaboration within the team to ensure individualized care.

Responsibilities include formulating diagnostic impressions, developing goals, and delivering therapy, with adherence to policies and ongoing assessment. Requires NJ SLP license eligibility and CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for evaluations by collecting patient history and administering tests.
• Develop plan of care with measurable goals based on assessment results.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language pathology services across age groups.
