Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract position in Minnesota's St. Francis area. You will assess, plan, and deliver services for K-12 students, collaborating with teachers and families to support communication goals and academic success.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, IEP participation, and documentation compliance. Ideal candidates have school-based experience, CCC-SLP, and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology; competitive hourly

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for Minnesota.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students.
  • Design and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions aligned to goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists and families to support progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings with recommendations and expertise.
