Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role serving students across elementary, middle, and high school in the Saint Cloud, MN area. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide therapy to support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication within a collaborative school team.

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Strong collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students unique communication needs.
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support instructional strategies and student progress.
  • Keep thorough records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress in compliance with state and district guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and share professional insights with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
