Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as a long-term substitute in a Minnesota K–12 school community. The contract role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly) with opportunities to gain diverse experience across age groups.

The ideal candidate will have a pediatric focus, CCC or CFY eligibility, and prior school-based experience. Expect collaboration with teachers, families, and support teams, plus robust IEP participation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain in MN).
• ASHA CCC or CFY welcome.
• Experience with pediatric populations (K-12).
• Prior work within school settings preferred.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Support IEP development and participate in team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress.
• Maintain precise documentation and progress monitoring.
