Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for an on-site, school-based contract from August 17, 2026, to June 4, 2027. You will provide direct IEP services and evaluations, collaborating with educators and families to empower student communication and growth.

Must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with Minnesota licensure or ability to obtain, and CCC-SLP is preferred. This 37.5-hour week role offers healthcare benefits and daily interaction with students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Minnesota SLP license or ability to obtain before start date.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
• Proficient in developing and executing IEPs and conducting evaluations.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organizational skills for documentation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IEP services to students for speech, language, and communication needs.
• Write clear, SLP-relevant information in IEPs.
• Complete SLP portions of student evaluations.
• Prepare and submit timely progress reports reflecting growth and needs.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success.
