Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication development in Pasadena, TX. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current CCC-SLP certification.
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in schools.
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of ~60 students.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to provide services at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students individually and in groups.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to monitor progress.
  • Maintain timely documentation per district and state requirements.
