Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills including articulation, language comprehension, voice modulation and fluency, and swallowing/feeding abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans per facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Master’s degree Speech Language Pathology

State SLP licensure

CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred/required

CPR certification (preferred)
