Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Goshen, IN is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive SLT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with a care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Position requires a Master’s degree in SLP, active or pending state licensure, and is suitable for those with 0–1 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or pending state SLP licensure required to apply.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required, CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication, including articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
