Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in North Carolina is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide a full range of services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure, and CCC-SLP preferred or required; 0–1 years experience with opportunities for growth and collaboration with a supportive team. The position includes weekly pay and benefits after the first month.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure required; CCC-SLP preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques and progress strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
