Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at Somerset Court of Mocksville is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure: state SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred or required.
• Experience: 0–1 years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments, standardized tests, and patient interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, setting measurable goals to address patients' needs.
• Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication skills, including articulation, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
