Job summary

Trinity Rehab, LLC in Asheville, NC is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across SNF and outpatient settings.

The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders to maximize independence and quality of life. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required; CCC-SLP is preferred, with experience in SNF and outpatient settings a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services in SNF and outpatient settings as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
