Job summary

UNC Lenoir Health Care seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (per diem) to provide patient care assessment and treatment. You will mentor students and rehab staff, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in CQI activities to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include evaluating hearing and speech, developing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining confidential records. Onsite work with a standard 8.00 hours per week schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Current NC license in Speech Language Pathology required (temporary or permanent).
• CCC/Clinical Fellowship Year from ASHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment for speech-language pathology.
• Mentors students and rehab staff as assigned; collaborates with multidisciplinary team.
• Participates in CQI activities and ensures high-quality customer service.
