Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality SLP services across care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with facility staff.

The role emphasizes maintaining licensure, staying current on regulatory changes, and delivering care that meets clinical standards. A supportive clinical leadership team provides ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Familiarity with billing models and treatment guidelines.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to patients in accordance with therapy principles and Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Manage case load and coordinate with facility staff for quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and professional conduct.
• Uphold infection control and documentation standards.
