Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver services in accordance with standards and to foster positive relationships with clients and staff. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations in a large, nationwide therapy network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid State license as Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients in accordance with standards; screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning; manage cases and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve patients’ communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapy.
• Maintain an active state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and healthcare regulation.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with state practice acts.
