Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality patient care and work with interdisciplinary teams. You will develop treatment programs for patients with diverse disabilities and swallowing disorders, performing procedures that meet standards and hospital policies.

You will also support clients with speech, language, or swallowing impairment, with orientation to ensure regulatory compliance and core values alignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California State Board license to practice speech pathology is required or RPE/CFY supervised by a licensed SLP.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for supervisor roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement patient treatment programs for varying disabilities and medical problems.
• Perform professional procedures meeting professional and hospital standards.
• Assist clients with speech, language, or swallowing impairments and adhere to policies.
