Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered care for swallowing and communication disorders. You will design and implement treatment programs, evaluate progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an acute hospital setting.

The role requires Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, California licensure or CFY/RPE under ASHA guidelines, and a current BLS certificate.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California State Board licensure or CFY/RPE status with ASHA guidance.
• Current BLS certification and familiarity with ASHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and develop patient treatment programs for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and adjust plans based on patient needs and test results.
• Float between Inland Valley and Rancho Springs facilities as required by operations.
