Ashton North LLC in Oklahoma seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in our in-person facility. You will develop individualized plans and supervise students and clinical fellows as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology is required.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire is required.
• Prior experience as an SLP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with patients and families to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families about communication strategies and support.
• Assist with discharge planning and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel following professional standards.
