Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with patients and families to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families about communication strategies.
• Assist with discharge planning and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel following professional standards.
