Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team in Oklahoma. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, develop personalized plans, and track progress in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice speech-language pathology in the state; CCC certification preferred.
• CPR certification is required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
