Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist in Tulsa, OK, to help patients restore communication and swallowing abilities through personalized rehab plans. You design and implement therapy, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and adapt care across settings while mentoring colleagues and supporting patient independence.

You will engage in ongoing education, participate in a mentorship program, and benefit from comprehensive health plans and relocation support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-consistent)
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits through designed rehab plans.
• Design and execute individualized speech-language pathology plans and work with patients to implement them.
• Collaborate with clinicians and caregivers to promote independence and functional communication.
• Adapt care across varied settings and manage daily tasks and meetings to keep care moving.
• Provide training to patients and caregivers to sustain progress and promote independence.

Education
