Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate speech disorders. You will design and deliver rehab plans, ensure effective delivery of therapy, and collaborate with patients to execute care goals.

You’ll train patients and caregivers to promote independence, adapt to varied settings, and work as part of a dynamic team focused on rehabilitation and wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and address speech disorders; design and deliver rehab plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehab services; act as architect of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with patients and families to implement and adjust therapy goals.
• Provide patient and caregiver training to promote independence.
• Support a team environment and participate in meetings and cross-functional work.
