Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality care across our therapy services. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain communication and safe swallowing, while supporting overall rehabilitation goals.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, mentor new grads through our mentorship program, and access free CEUs to advance your clinical practice while enjoying a full benefits

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent per ASHA standards.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rehab plans for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Provide assessment and therapy to help patients communicate, swallow, and improve quality of life.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
