• ASHA CCC eligibility or equivalent credentialing pathway.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing.
• Deliver rehab services and design/execute patient-centered plans.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to promote independence.
