Job summary

Genesis HealthCare's Powerback division seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and regain function through personalized rehab plans. You will design, implement, and adjust therapy plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient progress and satisfaction.

You will engage patients and caregivers, promote independence, and adapt to diverse settings, contributing to high-quality care across our facilities and home-based care programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate and swallow; design rehab plans with patients.
• Deliver rehab services efficiently; coordinate with care team.
• Work across settings and adapt plans to patient needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
